The short answer
As an owner or administrator, open Settings → Team. Under Invite member, enter the email address the person uses to sign in to CALC. Choose a role and send the invitation. A Professional team holds up to 5 members, the owner included; Enterprise teams have no member limit. Until the invitation is accepted, the address appears under Pending invitations. The person joins the member list after accepting.
