The short answer
In the shared billing flow, CALC uses the active pool associated with your team membership. Without an active pool, personal billing applies. You cannot manually choose between the two balances. The open project does not determine the credit source, so even a private project can charge the team pool. If you belong to several teams with active pools, clarify which pool is selected before using it. CALC currently offers no free choice of pool.
