The short answer
Owners and team administrators can open Credit usage per member under Settings → Team. Members without administrator rights and viewers cannot access this team-wide list. It attributes pool charges to people from the start of the recorded pool period. If the start date is missing, older charges may be included. Personal usage is excluded. An empty list does not establish membership or remaining balance. Check the member list and pool display for those.
