The short answer
Open the link in your invitation email and sign in with the invited email address. If you do not have an account yet, register with that address and open the link again. A valid link completes your membership when you are signed in with the matching account. No additional confirmation page is required. Check the success message and your entry in the member list. The link is valid for seven days. If you receive another invitation, use the latest link.
