The chat stops and says you are out of credits

Your monthly allowance is spent. It refills on the next cycle, or you can buy a credit pack on a paid plan; the free plan cannot buy them.

Before topping up, look at your usage page. It itemises by action, so a surprising month can be traced to what caused it, usually RFEM calls at 3 credits each or image generation at up to 6.

An answer says it has no access to RFEM while the dot is green

The connector answered, but the chain behind it is incomplete. That single distinction explains most reports in this area, and RFEM troubleshooting walks through it.

A file will not attach

Two likely reasons:

• The plan. Attachments come with Professional and above. On Free and Starter, write the numbers into the message instead.
• The format or the size. Up to 20 MB, and the readable formats are listed in Files and assets. A model file is a different thing and belongs in Models.

The answer is in the wrong language

Answers follow the language of the conversation, not the interface setting. Ask in German and the answer comes in German. If a conversation has drifted, say which language you want and it stays there.

A PDF has empty boxes where text should be

Font coverage. Latin scripts and Chinese render; Korean, Russian, Ukrainian and Hindi come out as boxes today, and Arabic is deferred. The table is in Reports, and the workaround is to read the results in the chat until your script is covered.

An older chat has disappeared

Retention. Free keeps 30 days, Starter 90, and on those plans a chat past the window is deleted rather than archived. Chats has the table.

Something else

Example: the answer contradicts something you know to be in a standard. Ask it to cite the passage. If it cannot, it is reasoning without a source, and that is the point at which you check the standard yourself rather than the point at which you argue with the model.
