Connector and MCP versions
Keep the Dlubal-Connector current and you do not need this page: CALC offers the update in the RFEM menu, and Restore connection to RFEM installs it. This page is for the case where an older installation cannot be updated right away and you want to know what it can and cannot do.
Which version you have
Settings → MCP servers shows both numbers on one line, for example
Dlubal-Connector 2.28.8 · MCP 1.0.11. The second number is the MCP server that is actually
running. When it differs from the expected one it turns amber:
The version says one thing and behaves like another.
Example: Settings shows Dlubal-Connector 2.29.5 · MCP 1.0.14, and the folder icon for
the local project folder asks for an update.
Cause: linking a project folder needs Connector 2.30.3 or newer.
Check: update the Connector from the RFEM menu, then open the project properties again.

MCP server
The MCP server is the component the Connector installs and starts to talk to RFEM. It is updated together with the Connector.
