Account and team
One Dlubal CALC account belongs to one email address. How you sign in decides whether you have a CALC password at all, and that is the answer to most sign-in questions.
Signing in
There are three ways in, and they do not mix:

A new email and password account has to confirm its address first. The link in the confirmation email is valid for 24 hours.
Example: you registered with email and password and now use the Microsoft sign-in for the same address. Cause: that address already has its own CALC password. Check: CALC says so on the sign-in page. Sign in with the CALC password, or use Forgot password? if you no longer have it.
Changing your password
Change it in Settings under Password. A new password needs at least 8 characters. The change signs out every session of the account, including the one you are in, so you sign in again with the new password on each device. That is deliberate: a password is usually changed because someone else might know the old one.
Working in an Enterprise team
An Enterprise team shares one credit pool and, where you choose to, projects. Owners and administrators manage it under Settings → Team.
- Inviting. Under Invite member, enter the email address the person signs in to CALC with, choose a role and send the invitation. The team needs a free place. Until the invitation is accepted, the address stays under Pending invitations.
- Accepting. Open the link from the email and sign in with the invited address; without an account, register with that address and open the link again. The link is valid for seven days, and only the latest one counts.
- What is shared. Joining a team does not share your chats or models. A project is shared when it is assigned to the team under Switch project → Project properties → Team. Viewers can read, members work according to their role.
- Credits. Owners, administrators and members spend from the team pool, viewers do not. Your personal credits stay where they are and are not moved into the pool. If the pool is empty, CALC does not switch to your personal credits on its own.
Seeing "Free" as your personal plan after joining is normal. The team membership and its pool are separate from your own plan. Check the member list under Settings → Team instead.
