Dlubal CALC Documentation
Dlubal CALC is a chat you can do structural engineering in. You describe a system in plain language, the assistant (Mia) works it out, and you get numbers, a verification, and a report you can hand over. If RFEM 6 is installed on your machine, Dlubal CALC can drive it directly: build the model, run the calculation, read the results back.
Here is what that looks like in practice.
Design a single-span steel beam, span 6 m, IPE 300 in S235, uniform load 12 kN/m. Show me the bending verification and the maximum deflection.
You get the internal forces, the utilisation to EN 1993, the deflection against the serviceability limit, and the reasoning in between. Nothing was set up beforehand.

You want to know what your plan includes. Plans and credits is generated from the shipped configuration, so it says what the code intends rather than what a sales page promises.
Engineering responsibility and assumptions
Dlubal CALC does not replace your own judgement. Mia shows the path to a number, including the assumptions it took, precisely so you can disagree with it. When a load case, a national annex, or a support condition is ambiguous, it asks instead of guessing.
Example: ask for "a beam over 6 m" without a load and you get a question back, not a made-up load. That is deliberate.
Your models stay yours. Reports are generated from a conversation on demand, and Reports says exactly what ends up in a PDF.
