The short answer
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then switches to Free. Credits from purchased credit packs never expire and stay on your account after you cancel. With yearly billing, you pay ten times the monthly price for twelve months. That saves you two monthly payments, or about 17 percent. Your credit allowance still renews every month, on the day of the month your plan started.
