The short answer
No. The CALC servers have no access to your servers, network drives, or computer. Mia sees what you write or attach in the chat, what your team adds under Company Knowledge, and what you explicitly allow through the Dlubal-Connector on your PC.
What Mia can see
Mia works with your messages and the files you attach to a chat. In Enterprise teams, this also includes the files, texts, and web pages you add under Company Knowledge. When needed, Mia also searches the public web.
CALC retrieves web pages only from publicly reachable addresses and blocks addresses in internal networks. A link to a server in your company network therefore gives Mia no access to it.
What you allow through the Dlubal-Connector
The Dlubal-Connector is a program you install yourself on your Windows PC. Only then can CALC work with RFEM, RSTAB, or RSECTION on that PC from your browser. Without the Connector, there is no connection to your computer.
Mia controls RFEM through its programming interface, for example to read, change, or calculate a model. Under "Approval before model changes," you decide when Mia asks you first.
You can also link a local project folder to a project, including a folder on a network drive. Mia can then list the files in exactly this folder and read text files. Everything outside this folder stays invisible to Mia, and Mia cannot write to the folder.
You stay in control
You can turn off Connector access in the settings and disable it for a single chat with "Use in this chat." To disconnect a project folder, use "Unlink folder" on the project.
