The short answer
Dlubal uses your data to provide chats, projects, files and account functions in CALC. Customer content is not used to train its own AI models. The content needed for an answer is sent to the selected external AI provider under its business or API terms. Text from completed chats and your feedback may also be analysed to improve answers and the product. Uploaded files, images and drawings are excluded from this analysis. You can object to future analysis in Settings under Personalization.
